Missing parts what do I do now?

Hi,

Managed to get hold of an ISA fleet box (2nd edition) not directly from mongoose but it was sealed and as new. However there was only 3 white stars and not 4.

I'm a bit unsure where I stand as I didn't buy it direct from the mongoose but the retailer said I should contact mongoose about the problem

Do you think mongoose will send me the missing white star if I ask them nicely
 
why don't you ask them?
I've never had any issues when I have reported missing bits, always been dispatched with no fuss.*

*technically the mothership wasn't so much a missing bit as a discontinued model!!
 
Well under UK consumer law you are within your rights to return the fleet box to the retailer for refund or replacement (your choice).

However, if you contact mongoose on msprange@mongoosepublishing.com he'll sort you out your missing White star.
