Missing Minbari Parts!

Who do I need to contact to get missing parts sent to me.

One of the Tigara miniatures in the fleet box is missing 2 wing sprues? A little disappointing but if they can get a replacement to me then I don't care too much. Can the factory just pop them in an envelope and post them over with a Par Avion sticker on them.

FYI, this is exactly what Battlefront do in NZ, and their replacement service is excellent.

There should be some contact info on the web site somewhere, but it's also a good idea to contact whomever you bought through, if it wasn't Mongoose direct.

I too am missing some parts, the 6 fighters of the 12 that came in the box set. Contacted sales and they were pretty nice, said they'd pop them in the mail to me. Pretty nice people, better than games workshop.

well the US sales guys have forwarded my email to the UK team saying that they will send the parts out to me. So hopefully I will be notified next week of an ETA.

Well, mongoose sent my missing minbari parts today. Pretty quick turnaround I thought. And better yet they sent an extra mini, a minbari carrier.
Well mongoose, you have a loyal customer now!

well my parts arrived today.

they were sent on the 22nd and arrived on the 29th. very happy with the turn around.

Alas no extra Minis, So I envy your luck ssprayb
