Missing Lankhmar Module....?

Howdy,

Wasn't there a Lankhmar adventure (something like "Swords Against Death" SRP= $9.99) slated to come out this month? I saw the release blurb and the cover, but now it is nowhere to be seen. Any idea what happened?

I think there was something like "Swords against Sorcery". I'm quite sure, that that one will see the light of day in the next weeks but for more then 10 $.

Howdy!

Thanks for the link! I couldn't see it on their release schedule anymore, and wondered what was going on.

Thanks,

Ken

That's happening to a lot of forthcoming books lately due to the shafting of the printing process from somewhere in the world to their own Inhouse printer in England. If you go to the mainpage (www.mongoosepublishing.com) you can find field on the left hand side and can search the website. That's how I found the link :-)

Glad I could help. :)

Have any books arisen from the new printworks yet? Are the ink bunnies having a very busy Easter?

AFAIK they put up the product pages and assign release dates way ahead of time and the website automatically displays the next couple months releases.

So March's releases that did not come out in March but did not have their release dates updated kind of 'fell off' the website as it doesn't display upcoming releases due in the past. So until someone updates the release dates on the product pages the only way to find these 'lost' titles is to search.

The current hold up is as others have mentioned that the Mongoose has signed a pact with a printing demon and are currently working out the proper rituals to command it to make books.

Swords and the Uz book are still due to come out once they have controlled the beast.

I personally think all Mongoose staff writers should be a tad worried, as once they master the demon they may learn how to command it to actually produce the text of the books as well as just printing and binding them. What is worse is that from my understanding the actual rituals to do this involves the sacrifice of writers.
