:lol:@ Mage - Looking forward to their alternative universe - there is also the interesting novel linked in the Fan Forum bit. Be interesting to see if they make the women as sexy as Hoshi and T'pol where in Enterpise Mirror............

Dont think he read your post right. I think he thought you meant to do an enterprise rpg, to which he meant it sucks and would put the company out of business.
I'm always willing to listen to ideas, even if i do sometimes point out why they would never work or how the license could never be gotten. It would be a fun setting I agree, but from a business point of view would not be a sound investment. Maybe as part of a full star trek line.
I think the Babylon 5 alternate universe is mentioned in the state of the mongoose forum if you want to check out the initial rpg posts by msprange.

No that not what I meant on either case. It was meant as a sad joke. Basically any company that had anounced a Mirror universe project ain't in the RPG business anymore. For those that followed the Star Trek RPG liscense it is sort of know as a curse.
I too would love to see a Mirror universe game or suppliment. I'm with the OP that I did like the Enterprise mirror verse. I also liked the DP9 Mirror verse.

They always seemed great fun episodes and full of potential for much more - the novels linked were not bad - although the most recent triology could have been better - it was enjoyablr but just did not really use the potential...............ah well never mind

In an RPG the female players probably wouldn't be wearing the skimpy costumes at the table. . . so it would loose a lot of its appeal.
The Girls were great but even the other characters were fun:
Reed and Flox were great - gloriously evil and unrepentant
Reed tortures a Tellerite - "So what did he do" "I don't know, he is a Tellerite - he must have done something.

Vulcans land and meet humans, humans blow them away with a shotgun and grab tectnology - the Empire is born

Actaully they first two are only OK - the best one being the last - nicely done and fun twists with characters. Hoshi's one is a bit bland bt has its moments - Spocks one is interesting but somehow the logic (ironically) that he uses just diesn't make sense.
I'll bring that one as well if you like!
