Miniatures packaging

Paladin

Mongoose
I noticed from the pictures on the MP opening day event that the different units are identified solely by a white sticker in the lower right corner with only the name printed on them. Two questions:
1. Will there be unique barcodes on the minis to assist retailers with UPC style scanners?
2. Will the standard item number be printed on the packaging anywhere for manual inventory purposes?

I know both items have been concerns for stores on other game systems.

They're not likely to overlook this. It's probably a sticker barcode on the back along with the item number.

yup sticker on side of box gives

barcode with epos number
MGP stock product code
and the unit name of whats in the box.

so dont worry, i just didnt think when i took pics people would get excited about seeing barcodes, next time il try take some pics of some :D

I would have hoped not, but it's happened in the past

Sorry. No idea why I picked up on it. Just had a moment of panic and thought it was another lame excuse for retailers not to carry the game. It came up as a concern for another of my favorite games and on other forums there were a few members that brought up their FLGS concerns about it. I was just trying to head it off at the pass for BF:Evo. I'd had to see such a good game get hurt for something so simple.
