Miniatures in the rulebook

Hello everyone.

I was looking in the rule book and saw several minis that are not on the site to buy. Are these up coming releases or are they available elsewhere? If they are up coming, does anyone know when the punks and juves from the street gang going available?

Over time will the full GOMC1 range be getting re-released or will there be certain minis that don't make it or get re-sculpted? The collector in me is itching to get hold of the full range, especially the punks i didn't get and the troggie/cursed earth desperado that hasnt been released yet as i've just finished painting up the rest of my gang
