Hope not. Doesn't make sense that every other Neutron Beam has "Beam" (doh!) and this one has "Mini-Beam". I could see the force of it if the station didn't have Fusion guns for AF defence as well. Given the beast costs 3x the RPs of a Sharlin I'd think it'd mount proper Neutron Beams and not some poor relation.
I asked about this here when I bought SFOS and although I didn't get any official response I did get quite a few replies who agreed that it was likely a mistake. Either that or the "Nutron Beam" (sic) is some Minbari secret weapon
Perhaps it's never been corrected because they are very rarely used given the RPs needed to use one. I've only ever used stations of any type twice (in campaigns) and both times were on the last couple of campaign turns when I held virtually all the strategic targets anyway.
