Mega mini's Civilians

Mongoose
Honestly, they aren't that nice, and personally I'd hate to paint them, but alot of people on here are more tolerant of bad sculpts so maybe they'll be of some use? They should also fit in with the Mongoose figs being 25mm. If nothing else they're cheap! $19.99 for 20 from
Discount Hobby http://www.discounthobby.com (Who incidently have the best shipping from America I've ever encountered $7.00 any quantity or weight worldwide!!!!!!)

I've actually got a bunch from gzg that i'm painting right now. They're a little better looking than megaminis (my father bought a bunch of those for his zombie stuff).
As Mr Evil has said, height wise, they're pretty close with BF:E - but everyone is so fat compared to the troops!

West Wind Productions also makes some civilians for their Superfigs line. Some are not bad some are, but overall I think they're a little better than the Mega Minis stuff. Neat thing is you get a news cameraman and reporter in one of them.

Tactical Miniatures which makes alot of police figures makes a nice line of hostages.

 WOW those hostages are awesome!
It really is a shame that most of the Mongoose stuff is in such a distinctive scale, theres alot of nice stuff out there.

I have the superfigs ones... and yes they are abolutely huge!

The tactical miniatures ones look good, but I havn't compared them size wise yet. I think they'll be a bit large too. :(
I have a bunch of Tacs stuff - the undercover police unit has been converted to a PSD unit for modern Iraq gaming, and I well, um... cant seem to find any of my hostages except one.

Foundry makes some excellent civvies in their Street Violence line. They're a bit smaller than the Superfigs stuff and more expensive, but the sculpts are great.

I don't have the links on me but they have minis ranging from a road construction worker, to business people walking and talking on cell phones to even some unruly types with clubs, knives, rolled up newspaper, and even one making off with a TV set.

While you're looking through the Street Violence line, check out some of their themed gangs. They have some paramilitary types and some that would fit in well as militia. Also you never know when you may have a scenario that involves hookers with assault rifles  . Also check out The B-Team, a squad that resembles The A-Team.

again they are heroic scale :(

i was thinking the otherday, would the zombies figs be the right size, i dont own any so cant tell, but you can buy them in bags of 100 !!!

from the VERY good site http://fgminis.blogspot.com/2006/10/modern-day-zombies.html
Looks like a winner doesn't it?

Check out Eureka's 28mm civilians:

Their Middle Eastern and - with a little greenstuff - Indian civilians would go very well with some of the middle eastern buidlings we've been discussing in another thread. Not sure how they'd look next to BF:E models, but I reckon they'll work just fine with ranges like TAG and DDD.
