Lumbering and All Stop and Pivot

Ok, question: Lumbering ships can only make a turn at the end of their movement and cannot increase their turn rating ever.

Does this mean that if they perform 'All Stop and Pivot' they can only make a normal turn (but on the spot) or do they still get to turn twice as far as normal like everyone else.

I would assume the first one is right (ie an Omega that does AS&P can turn up to 45 degrees on the spot but no more) but am not 100% sure so would like an official answer! (basically not sure if AS&P counts as increasing your turn rating like come about does)

you can all stop and pivot with a lumbering ship as normal (ie the omega could turn 90 degrees). same as a lumbering ship can come about. the limitation is maximum of one turn and no movement after completeing said turn.
