Limit to draconic spells known

While sorcery is limited by INT, Divine Magic by dedicated POW and spirit magic by CHA, which is the limit to the draconic magic?
How many spells can a character learn? What must he do to learn a spell: Improvement points, money...? It is not mentioned in the book.

There is no limit.

However, the more magic one uses, the greater the chance of falling from the draconic path; that's the real limitation.

Thank you, Loz. Could you tell me how can a character learn these spells? Should he study it like any other advanced skill, or should he spend improvement points? Or should he spend only money and time?

He can learn them through any draconic mystic, so treat it as learning any form of skill or spell using a teacher. Otherwise, improvement rolls and not money.

We are creating PCs for living glorantha. So, should a starting character start with 4 spells, like a sorcerer, or can he start with all the spells from his cult (like a priest that is only limited by his dedicated pow)?

When I created my first Living Glorantha character at Continuum, under the guidance of Loz (Hi, Loz!), he essentially told me to record down all the dragon magics, but note you may not have the skill level or rank to cast many of them.

Ah, Ok, I see! I suppose that when you say all the dragon magics you are saying all the spells of the cult. Am I wrong?
