A recap:
The adventurers':
Lord James a Civilised Noble in line to become Baron of the vicinity of the village of Raintree,
Lady Penelope, his sister and due to acquiring a crystal blue gemstone she has set within a headband on her brow she may become the new Duchess of the Baronies of Essex,
Herne a Barbarian Woodsman who has found himself inventing csi techniques in his bronze age homeland and
Ahryk a Barbarian Blacksmith who has come into possession of some steel ingots and recently his new girlfriend was kidnapped by some unknown sorceror's minions...
NPCs:
Esther Winterbloom: Ahryk's new girlfriend and village witch who happens to be a priestess of the village cult.
Sergei the Meercat Valkyr Knight: Exactly what it says is impulsive, reckless and in charge of a walking wood and metal equivalent of a tank...
Aleksandr: Sergei's nephew and his Squire he is also the mechanic for Sergi's Valkyr and is remarkably intelligent especially when compared with his older uncle!
Nia the Lightbringer Courier: Essentially delivers the healing supplies and is one of many although evidence exists she is actually a priestess of that cult given she has far better field of knowledge than the PCs have bothered to notice.
Sir James's Father: Member of the King's advisory council a Count by noble title which his oldest son is in line to inherit seeking to make use of his remaining children with his son in line for a Barony isn't quite ruthless enough to force his daughter marry into another noble family (mostly because he doesn't hate anyone that much!) although has been left unsaid he is the Spymaster for the King whom he's actually loyal to though until that comes up won't be explained.
Sheriff Bundy Prysm: Village Sheriff and really only got his job because he was easier to manipulate by the village council. Probably the only person who suspects Esther is a witch ignoring the fact everybody else already knows as she is also a priestess. Recently kidnapped along with two members of the village council and Esther Winterbloom.
Known Villains:
Garter: A former woodsman of Herne's village was outcasted when the village council refused to believe his stories of his victim having been transformed into an Ogre by a supposed Sorceror. Has since then led a band of nomads to raid the village losing his leg to a crossbow bolt from Lord James but returned with a replacement peg leg and otherwise unharmed making an attempt to kill Lady Penelope using a stolen goblin's ritual dagger but killed the person who stumbled across him first. He later persuaded a tinker to recover the dagger and allowed him to take the fall after strangling the stableboy who witnessed the Tinker stealing the dagger back and then their sunsequent exchange in the barn only to have the Tinker's owl drop the dagger at the feet of Herne in its attempt to flee the barn.
Sorceror of Skull Mountain: Currently planned as the major bad guy of this season yet to be introduced beyond the fact he exists.
Black Helicopters: Well Ahryk's player did describe them as such and seem to be piloted by the Broo according to current description of their tracks...
Ashen Raven Meadows: Elven priestess and sole survivor of Flintlocke's group has been witnessed casting the Sunspear spell with devastating effect on the Forest Elemental from the Haunted Woods adventure, last seen leaving the area alone apparently shocked by the demise of the rest of her team.
Notes:
Sergei and Aleksandr have summoned help but given how long it will take they set out to attempt a rescue with the help of the Lightbringer Courier who believes she has found another way into the Sorceror's lair.
