Lakara missing from ACTA counters

quick question, why is this ship missing? not in either the boxed set or SFOS counter sets, which is quite annoying as i do like the Lakara.

it wouldn't be the only missing counter. I believe Matt has said that they're going to make an effort to fill in gaps in the counter fleets, probably next year.
