Kull the Conqueror

I assume that Conan RPG being canon to REH's work, you won't include the Red Sonja's comics and movie version of the character. Well, being for a long time a chainmail bikini's fan, that's a shame. Just kidding...

But will there be a mention in the chronology fo example, of Kull the conqueror's time frame ? Perhaps will there be a supplement about this character ?

Red Sonja is a pretty cool character, but no, she won't be making an appearance (and Valeria, who is within the canon, fills a similar niche if you want a tough, capable swordswoman as an NPC in your games -- here stats are in the core book).

Both Sonja and Kull are off-limits for official game material because they would be covered by separate licenses -- we don't have a license to use all of Howard's work, just the Conan stories. Of course, there's nothing to stop gamers using the Conan RPG to run Kull stories, or statting up Red Sonja themselves.

A careful reading of the Kull stories, Howard's essay, "The Hyborian Age", and this site, http://www.dodgenet.com/~moonblossom/kull.htm. Combined with the Conan RPG, should give you a good foundation with which to run a Kull based game.

No offense to the Kull fans but I would not want him in Conan. Totally different time line. A seperate book would work.

While I cannot speak for everyone else, I doubt that there are many GM's or players that would like to see Kull and Conan in the same setting.

I belive that the intrest in Kull comes from people wanting to be able to cover the entire "history" of Howard's fantasy world.

kull will be good as a stand alone suplement without conan but could be useful if blasted by magic to a older time
