Today we are releasing two new d66 lists for your games. We are bringing you d66 Reasons for an Amber Alert System and d66 Reasons for a Red Alert System. Some worlds are just so dangerous that a travel advisory needs to be posted. Some only potentially dangerous and receive an Amber Alert. Others are outright illegal for unauthorized personnel to enter or otherwise life threatening and require a Red Alert. These reasons for such an alert can be varied and wide ranging. Is zone unusable due to trademark?

Red Zone and Amber Zone are in the OGL so that is not a problem. The problem lies in that each d66 list is 1 page long at 50 cents a piece. There isn't room to put an OGL in there. So I'm avoiding words and phrases that are arguably under the OGL (Red Zone is hard to argue that it is Traveller SRD specific, however Amber Zone is hard to argue that it is not Traveller SRD specific). Red Alert System and Amber Alert System are close enough to get the mean across without causing any problems. They do have the Traveller logo on them, but there is nothing in the license about requiring an OGL in the license. The Traveller Logo indicates compatibility but does not grant any permission to use Traveller specific terms.
