I remember seeing a while back (I thought it was downloadable from the Mongoose page) a "Hot Dog Run" adventure for level 2 Judges.

Does anyone have a copy of it or have the link?

The adventure you are talking about was called Baptism of Fire and was written by Hugh Tynan and hosted on my website Dredd Times. The site has gone for the moment due to the expense of high bandwidth, but the PDF can be downloaded for free from the link below.
