Saw this on TMP.
Looks like it will be pretty interesting. Though I feel it is very reminiscent of Kev Dallimore style layered painting. Very 'blocky' which, usually, I dislike. Kev's stuff looks better to the eye than the digi-cam.

Indeed it is very reminiscent because essentially they are the same styles. And a style I think looks great, is quick and can easily be adapted to suite the painters needs.

The magazine is only partially about painting techniques. It is also about the colours that were used and uniform guides and so on. As we move forwards we will hopefully be able to add more articles from painters with different styles. But as the name implies the mag is about painting models that look good on the wargames table, not models that will win top level painting competitions.
