ISA Reinforcement ships in a Campaign

When you build a fleet list for the ISA and it gets to choose 1 Battle level point for ships from other fleets are those the only ones the fleet can ever choose (short of the Crew Duty that adds more) or can reinforcements also be bought from those fleets. I guess what Im asking is once the campaign starts can the ISA only buy reinforcements from its 5 ship fleet roster?

Personally I'd play it such that you can only ever have 1 Battle point's worth of Allies, so for example if you had three Vaarkas as allies and one got blown into constituent atoms, you could purchase another Skirmish ship or two Patrol ships from applicable allies [subject to normal not if they're in the campaign restrictions] so the total allied contingent in your campaign fleet would only be worth 1 Battle point.

actually the ISA allies rules doesnt have the not in the campaign restriction. if EA are in the campaign you could still use EA, obviously a crew thats been working with the ISA and is aganist what the EA are doing.

Our group allows the ISA to have 1 Battle worth of Allies built with your original fleet. You may then purchase Allied ships freely. You are still restricted to 1 FAP of allies in a given battle though.

i think the official rule is you can have up to 1 battle point of allies in your fleet at any time. however in a given scenario there is no restriction to how many of those alies you use. so if the battle was small enough you might even field a foce of nothing but alied ships.

Cmdr Q has it right, there is no limit on individual battles, but you can't have more than 1 Battle PL point of allies in your fleet at the start of the campaign, I'm not sure about increasing that proportion as the campaign progresses though.

If you play at Armagedon level, Isa Can use the Nemesis as allies? Because remember than the Nemesis use Shadow Tech.

I would definitely agree there, that thing's crazy tough with the ol Adaptive Armour!
