Is the gallery manned?

So out of genuine curiosity I have not seen any new posts in the gallery for some time, and I have tried posting pictures to the gallery each month for three months now with no sign of error, and yet the pictures never show up.

Perhaps Im doing something wrong, but can it be confirmed that the gallery is open for new orders or not?
