Is a pixie an aldryami?

I am reading the book about elfs and I do not know if this sub-specie is considered aldryami. If an aldryami integrates a fertility or plant rune gain aditional bonuses, so I am wondering if pixies are or not.

Yes.

These are normally counted as Aldryami:
Intelligent trees
Dryads
Elves (Elfs)
Runners
Pixies

Some people also count mobile plants (e.g. Warriors of Wood) to be Aldryami.

In the old supplements it says that Aldrya's husband/lover Shannasse made the pixies out of the left-over magic just to make her laugh, which is a nice myth. I always saw them as related to airborne seeds or pollen and they have a role to play in pollinating plants.

I think that dryads are rather spirits than Aldryami and I would have said that pixies are also spirits. Anyway these creatures belong to aldryami environment as insects belong to troll environment.

Three of the four alchemical elements correspond to states: air is gaseous, earth is solid and water is liquid. Is thus fire only a disruption created by Mephisto to mislead science or a medium to transcend these states?

Fire is plasma and plasma is the fourth state of matter.

Also I played a pixie under 2nd ed rules in the late 70's early 80's. It was fun and he was Aldryami, but very human friendly. (They had better stuff to steal.)
