Below you will find draft fleet lists for the USN and CSN fleet lists. I've done some rudimentary checks with some composite squadrons and they build reasonably balanced squadrons.
However, I'm sure I've missed some loopholes. Feel free to try these out and let me know what works and what reeks of cheese.
