Can anyone provide me with a breakdown of the IPX book? What are its contents and goodies present? Don't need to post quotes or anything but I just want to know whats contained in the book in order to determine if I want to buy it in the future. There used to be reviews on the contents of the new books but that seems to have stopped for some reason :-/ shame as they really served as good guide on the factbooks.

Some sample alien artifacts, some alternate advancement templates for your PCs (for example: the Xenopsychologist, which has alternate class features if you multiclass as a Diplomat/Scientist), a few exploration-based ship systems, history of IPX, rivals of IPX (and there's a LOT of these)...
