Impressed by Mongoose.

I have sent an email to Mongoose over he weekend and I received a very prompt and courteous email back on Monday. I have to say thanks for the kind and quick response. Also they stated that they will replaces the figure and check how a piece such as that could slip by quality control. I have to say this is the kind of custormer services that is almost gone and it makes me feel good that they seem to care about the customers. Its obvious that the GW method of think is not present in this company and I say GREAT!!! All I have to do know is wait for the replacement and see if it is any better than before. I will post when I receive the replacement to tell everyone if they make good on there promise to “fix the problem.” So far I am very optimistic. Go Mongoose.

Im sorry to say currently im not very impressed with them. Not going to say the issues im having with them but my e-mail has seemed to fell on deaf ears. Hoping the guy is on holiday.

But they are usually pretty good.

I'm afraid to say, I WAS impressed with mongoose, but recently, through a number of "incidences" my faith in them has plummeted, I rate them in the same bracket as GW, apart from Alex, who has been a top bloke, and always helped without any problems.

Actually, we'll have a lot of news about various ships soon - we have brought in a couple of new sculpters that we are trying out, and have a long list of new ships we want to introduce into the game, and older ships we want to redesign. . .

I´ve been told by Ted Chang that the Neroon is being re-sculpted; dunno thought whether this includes resizing or just making something that can actually be cast with commercial moulds...

Hmm, I actually like the Neroon model, but it was too large, I don't mind the models apart from the Brivoki, of they were oly reasonably sized and priced!

Same here, more or less. I love the Neroon design: let´s wait and see what happens to the final miniature...

I have recieved the replacement for the ship that was unusable. I have to say thanks for the replacement and they even covered shipping. I have faith in mongoose. Now please send the distrubiters there orders so I can get MORE!! Good work guys very impressed!!

Mostly ive been impresssed with MGP.

But there have been a few cases where ive been kinda stumped. Armageddon being prime among it. The huge number of pushbacks, the Sag, the not really nice models.

Currently stuff vanishing from the main page without a trace or mention....
