that I have to let go because I am moving. The MI and Arachnids are fully painted and based except 3 hopper bugs. The Skinnies are assembled and primed with proxies for walkers. I have 3 army transport cases that the armies fit perfectly into. I would prefer to sell them all together but will split them into armies if the offer is right. I have pics of the Bugs and MI and can get some of the Skinnies if need be. PM me if interested or I will e-bay them in a few days. The Warstore wants $1000+ for all this but the right person could get it for a lot less.

Thanks

MC

I believe these photos show just how big this lot is and how much work went in to it. I really would like it to go to someone who has time to still enjoy the game.

Thanks for looking

MC

He's selling it as one lot.
As he said, the warstore wants it for $1000 but someone on here could get it for less.

Make an offer. I will split it into MI Arachnid and Skinnies if someone wants but for the right price someone can have an amazing SST collection painted and ready to go!

Thanks for all the intrest. I did not want to waste the bandwidth without knowing there was someone out there that might want them so I will post pics later this evening when I have a few more sec's.

Thanks again,

MC

i know this is kinda lame and i know its pretty much a rip off but ill start my bid at $50 for MI stuff :? i know i lost lol but ya.

Crap, i just want the painting guide.

I see them fairly frequently on eBay.
I bought it from a friend as part of a lot. TBH, It's not that great.
If you want a guide on how to paint, the darkson designs one is your best bet.
Or Kevin Dallimore's.

I am in Arizona, Usa. I will ship internationally if need be but will hold any type of paper payment until it clears. I would also have to charge you the shipping costs as I believe they will be quite a bit, but I will happily work with you to come up with the best solution. Other than those restrictions though I am more than willing to do business overseas.

Thanks again

MC

Look cool :D

What models did you use for the tac fighters, if you don't mind me asking?

They are from some strange Russian game I came across. It was one of the first places you could get platformer stuff. I do not remember it's name but I use some of the walkers for Skinny stuff as well. Ill have pics of them soon.

The TAC fighters are actually a 'kitbash' of two different fighters from the game but by total coincidence look almost exactly like the TAC's in the early episodes of the Roughneck Chronicles.

If the TAC fighters you are talking about are the flying figs in the above picture, those look like they come straight out of Robogear. Robogear is a miniature game from Airfix (IMEX ins the US) that is a lot like SST, except you actually shoot spring loaded weapons at your enemy's figs to see if you hit!

Anyway, the TAC fighter conversion above looks like a cross between the spider and the thunder robogear kits. Here is the URL:

That is exactly correct. I could not remember it's name for the life of me.
