I'm toying with the idea of writing up a new character for my a very close friend of mines campaign that's not Pirates of Drinax but is based, on, in and around Drinax. The guys schizophrenic, 1 personality is loyal to Drinax and the other is a traitor working for The Aslan in return for greater power when The Hierate conquers The Trojan then he could ever even fantasy about under Drinax. How would it work

Why do you keep creating these weird scenarios and then asking for help on how to make it work?
Use a D6, Odd - He's loyal, Even - He's not
Roll every time it seems like his loyalty is tested.

That's not schizophrenia, it's multiple personality disorder. Some people have both, but they're not the same thing. Schizophrenia is fairly common; multiple personality disorder is extremely rare.
