one question bout 2fers, is it a wing system, so you pay 1 patrol and get 2 havens, or does a haven cost 1/2 patroll????????????????????

So is the Sho'kov still a 20" SAP Precise torpedo without slow loading? Or did it get downgraded? Because even though I'm a Narn player, if the Sho'kov didn't get a downgrade on that weapon it's probably too good of an initiative sink if you're getting two for the price of one.

Damn. That makes the Sho'kov quite possibly the single best initiative sink of any race. Good range, extremely low cost, and a weapon that remains a threat even in the highest priority engagements due to SAP and precise.

Does it still have dodge 5+ and does it have a second weapon system allowing for CBD?
