It's big enough for me

I don't have precise measurements but here it is in terms of being made up of A4 pieces of paper in landscape format.

map width: 2 x widest part of a piece A4 paper.
map height 3 x narrowest part of a piece of A4 paper.

That would be 594 mm by 630 mm, assuming I understand the description properly.

(An A4e sheet is 210mm by 297mm (8 and a bit inches by just less than 12 inches for the non metric among you)

So about A2 sized (ish). That'll do. Ordered.

A2 is 4 times the size of A4, the description aboive suggests something 6 times the size of A4, so half way between A2 and A1, or one and a half times the size of A2.

I've finally crossed the line from picky consumer to (semi) completist with Mongoose Traveller and that included snatching up all the map packs I can find. So far I've only gotten the Spinward Marches with two others on the way. It's a smallish map but it's clear and useful. The size is even helpful in a functional way. I don't have to clear a massive space to look at the map when I'm working with it.

However, it seems the Reft Sector map is out of print. Anyone know if there are plans to reprint it? The Sector book seems to be missing an overview map of any kind.

It never made it intp print, it appeared on the upcoming product list but never made release, or if it did I never saw it, and I have every Mongoose Travelller product.

Correct, the poster map for Reft Sector has yet to be released. It's on the agenda but who knows when.

Thanks for the info. Now I'm not so worried I can't find it but anxious it will never come out. (There's no pleasing some people!)

There is a down load of the reft sector on the Mongoose site, not as dramatic as the maps, but good enough to help co-ordinate an adventure (and see just how much yawning open vacuum there really is in the reft sector)
