How about "The Universe of Big Finish Audio" powered by Traveller? Yes, I know Cubicle 7 is doing the Doctor Who RPG but Big Finish has developed quite an extensive range of audio products that are only in passing Doctor Who related. Cyberman & Scorpius could easily be reworked into technothrillers and the whole Orion War arc does need not involve the good Doctor or any of his licenced companions but provides an excellent backdrop for a Space Opera game centred on an Earth Empire.
