Just a couple of points I'd like to have clarified about the Hyper drive and Warp Drive.
The Hyper Drive's description notes that it uses the ship's manoeuvre drive to determine how fast the ship can move when in hyperspace.
It also has it's own set of drive ratings.
So, what are these ratings in relation to?
Is a Hyper drive also a combined manoeuvre drive? Or is this point in the description just a hold over from the description of the Hyper drive in MGT1?
Is the rating a multiplier on the manoeuvre drive? e.g. A Rating 2 Hyper Drive with a Thrust 2 manoeuvre drive can move 4 parsecs per hour.
Is the drive potential table supposed to be a maximum allowable movement in one go?
These questions also apply to the warp drive since it's description notes that it works the same way as a hyper drive except in realspace rather than hyperspace.
