High Guard Draft version

This is kind of a lame thread, but I'm just wondering if the High Guard book I bought last week was a draft? The index says High Guard, but it actually has the index for the prior book, Mercenary in it. (there is no actual index for High Guard). And throughout the book anywhere it references a page number it says page XX.

Did I get a draft version or is this actually the final?
