Help! My Avatar is missing

This may not be the right place to ask, but I thought I would anyway.

Can anyone help? I have been away from the boards for a while, and now that I have returned, my avatar is missing and I can't seem to get it back.

Can anyone tell me what to do to get it back? It is within the size requirements, but it won't let me put it back under my profile.

I use an image host, but cannot remember the name. :?
you can start with http://www.imagevenue.com and see if that works.
