Does it have maps of corridors etc?

Well, I'm not sure what you mean specifically, but I'll do my best to answer anyway.

Yes, it does have corridors marked on the maps, but not with any great level of detail. Most decks are mapped out, and you can see the grid of corridors criss-crossing the deck ... but if you mean detailed maps showing each and every door and access hatch, then no.

It's a rather large station, after all.

Howcome it keeps refering to Sinclair???

Although it mentions some things and places that appeared later in the series, the default year in the Station Guide is 2257, when Sinclair commanded B5.
