Grimoire Skills?

Looking forward to the new edition all the changes sound great.

The only question on my mind is about Grimoire skills.

Does the Grimoire skill cover a catagory of magic ( Necromancy spell, Summoning spell, Fire spells)?

OR

Does the Mage gain a skill in a single magic spell book an example would be a Mage with the skill in the Necronomicon have to roll under their skill to cast any spell in the dread tome?
