Glorantha - 2nd Age

I have a question on the upcoming Glorantha - the Second Age book. What is the ratio of Fluff to chrunch in this book? From the previews it seems like there is very little to no crunch in this book. I certainly hope this is the case as I am thinking of using this book with the HeroQuest rule set. How about the other two Glorantha books on the schedule -The cults book, and the Magic book? What's their fluff to cruch ratio?

I expect progressively more "crunch" in the Cults then Magic books. While the Second Age book looks to be more of an overview with scenario hooks, the Cults book should have mechanics/spells (probably along the lines of Gods of Glorantha). And the Magic book will probably have a lot of spells in mechanical form.

I personally disliked most of the HeroQuest "fluff" and can't wait to see some "crunch"...
