[GK Games] Ships of Clement Sector 3: Moltke Now Available!

Gypsy Knights Games

Cosmic Mongoose
Now available at DTRPG!

Gypsy Knights Games is proud to present the third entry in our newest line of products dedicated to the starships of Clement Sector.

The Moltke-class cruiser is the largest ship in the Hub Federation navy and is currently the flagship of that force. The ship is designed to destroy other large warships and act as a command ship for squadrons assigned to attack the fleets of other worlds if the need arises.

The Moltke is an excellent ship for active navy campaigns, a perfect location for a diplomatic conference, a fearsome opponent or the ultimate warship to save the characters' lives if they are in peril.

Ships of Clement Sector 3: Moltke comes complete with beautiful views of the HFS Moltke and her sister ships: HFS Kitchener, HFS Wellington, and HFS Blucher. The Moltke-class ship is shown with full deckplans and statistics to make your use of our product simple, easy, and fun.

Ships of Clement Sector 3: Moltke also features deckplans for the ship's boat, the ship's fast launch and the Mercury-class fast packet boat as well as several NPCs and a wealth of adventure hooks! Though designed specifically with our Clement Sector setting in mind, the Moltke could easily be used in any Traveller setting.

Also includes our Hub Federation Marines recruiting poster by artist Bradley Warnes.

Get on board! Adventure awaits!

Also available as part of the GKG Starships Bundle which can be seen at this link.

"Traveller" and the Traveller logo are Trademarks owned by Far Future Enterprises, Inc. and are used with permission. The Traveller Main Rulebook is available from Mongoose Publishing.

Hmm... A heavy warship, sounds interesting. I'm curious to see what a cruiser might look like in traveller, ship plan as well as stats. After all, I've (almost) only seen the designs from the core book.

Oh look, a bundle-pack, with two other ships, yay!

Damn, these are nice! Now I feel the need to know more about this clement sector and its setting... Oh look, a sourcebook!

But wait, I don't understand half of this... How does a torpedo work? What good's a command bridge? Maybe it's time I finally get the high guard book.. Might as well get CSC while I'm at it..

Congratulations, your cruiser sent me on a shopping spree!

Ahem, on to the ship... Looks great! Packs a heavy punch, visually beautiful, and as far as I can tell, overall a very well thought-out design!

As if that wasn't enough there's also a bonus ship in the book in the shape of a jump-capable courier version of the attack boat from book 2: Vulkan!

It seems to me the secondary weapons are more geared towards offensive work than the Farragut destroyers, with triple same weapons in each turret as opposed to beam/sand/missile?

(Not that it makes any difference whatsoever, but I'm curious about which turrets are meant to be where on the ship)

Speaking of the Farragut, how many turrets does it really have? Sheet says four, but plans and external drawing hints at ten?

Back to the cruiser, I guess the best thing I can say about it is this:

It makes me wanna play a naval campaign and fight space-battles! (And my regular group mostly plays judge Dredd or fantasy games)

What on earth kind of digital copy protection/secuirty have you installed on these PDFs?
Have you seriously set them up so I can't copy between devices and memory sticks at will?

Update - nevermind. Several reboots and application of various Windows/Acrobat/Update fixes later things now seem to work again.

I have had no issues transferring my PDF copies to and from differing devices.

The only issue I had was my Nexus 7 needing to be registered with Adobe for DRM purposes if a PDF is downloaded directly from Drivethru RPG. However when I sideload the PDF, it opens with no issue.

I'm glad to see it all got sorted. If you ever have an issue like that, feel free to send me an email through our website http://www.gypsyknightsgames.com.

But no, there should be no problem copying the PDFs between devices like that. If there is, its certainly not intentional.
