Generic Perp Statistics

I've a real head scratcher at the moment. I'm running Judge Dredd (Traveller) for my group on Friday and decided to converting an old GW scenario (the introductory one from the original box set actually) but I can't find any generic perp stats in the Judge Dredd core book. Am I missing something obvious? I know that perps have a Desperation rating but I would have thought generic perp stats would have been handy too. Can anyone help out? Thanks.

As far as I know there are no generic profiles, but since Dredd runs on traveller you can pick any character from any of those books, and then assign them desperation ratings depending on how you want the story to unfold and possibly change their gear to dredd-specific items.

Thanks. I've grabbed some from the scenarios published in Signs & Portents. Seems a bit of an oversight to be honest but I'll muddle through.
