GenCon SoCal 2007 Cancelled

Well I take it I'm no longer sworn to secrecy on this one.
GenCon SoCal is indeed canceled. I was quite sad when I heard the news last month and had been hoping that there was still a chance, but now it looks completely official.
SoCal was a fun show and I was privledged to go to all 4 of them. We tried out lots of new ideas for the convention, testing things that would end up making it to Indy the next year. It was also the only convention where I was not too busy to be able to sit down and play a game or talk to some friends. Indy is way too busy for fun.
On that note, if anyone is running Mongoose related events at GenCon Indy, let me know and I'll do whatever I can to make sure you guys get the best support. This especially goes out the the CTA players, whom I would like to see as many as possible there.
