CROM AND HIS DEVILS, MAN, DO YOU HAVE A JOB?!?
8)

It's the weekend! I'm off!
I think Supplement Four has a little to much time on his hands! Unless we can get this guy laid, he just going to bombard the forum with N00B questions!

You hard earned pocket change (gum wrapper, bottle caps, pocket lint, or whatever) is an investment in freeing up the bandwidth so we can talk about all the ways Conan can kick Chuck Norris's ass and which Conan chick is the most flapworthy (you know, mature and enlightened conversation). We are not PBS, so its not like we are asking for much, and we are not giving out fancy tote bags or coffee mugs. The most we are hoping for, is to get this guy a hummer and a burrito. Your donation is the best charity* you can give. :D

*for reasons of dubious accounting, your donations are not tax deductible.
[If you have not guested by now, this is a joke thread]

I'm feelin' the love.

Thanks.

The hummer and the burrito sounds great, btw. Bring it on. I prefer brunettes.

Come on guys! We only raised $0.03 (canadian)!

Please guys, donate, and give generously! The burrito is only going to cost $1.50 at the Toco-truck, and the crack-whore would do anything for a pack of Top-Roman (I kid you not!). Most of your donations are going to me for a magical, drug & alcohol induced evening at the famous Mustang Ranch here in the "Biggest Little City" of Reno Navada (as seen on television).

I'm not only counting on you, but so are some nice, lovely Nevadian girls!

A $50+ donation would get you pictures!

A $100+ donation would get you the video!

For $500+, you can join in the adventure!*

For $1,000+, your travel expenses are covered!**

*you must pay your own way.
**limited to only bus or train tickets.

Supp 4 should collect all his ideas and submit them to Signs & Portents and get paid for his ramblings and then buy us burritos and hookers.

Hey, I live in Reno! Let me know what night you are heading out there!

Man, I love this city! :)
The economy sucks for that kind of adventure, thats why I started this charity. Its not to bad, as I hear Nevada brothels are giving out gascards to customers! :D

I'm also enjoying the rain!!! (all I had to do is wait 5 minutes )

To bad their are longer any good places to buy game stuff in this town anymore! Otherwise, I love this city! :)

Hell, we can start our own brothel online, featuring SUPP4 THE FORUM WHORE!!!
WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey levitator, what do the cops in Reno think about that show on Comedy Central?

I have lived in Reno longer then Lev, so I know a bit more about this town. The Reno PD are indifferent to the show as like a lot of other people, no one really watches it, or finds it funny enough to keep watching it (the cast was better in The State ). The funny thing is that they look nothing like Reno PD. If anything, their uniforms look more like the Los Vegas PD (that is, Reno cops never were shorts).

Reno is a good chose for a COPS-styled comedy, because Washoe County has a bad reputation for having a major meth-epidemic, has one of the largest felony population per capita (most of them live in Sun Valley, which in itself is the world biggest trailer park), and the downtown roach motels are always getting raid by cops because of prostitutes (prostitution is legal in this state, but all prostitutes must be licensing, must work at a licensed establishment, and must follow strict regulations).

Malcadon's right. I've only been here a few months. I really like it so far! It has finally rained a couple times in the last week. All this sunshine was making me homesick for Wisconsin, which is half under water right now. People seem a little more laid back here and friendlier in general.

The biggest things I have had to get used to is people driving the speed limit, using their turn signals, and letting you merge and exit off-ramps. I've talked to some locals who complain about California drivers. They haven't met Illinois drivers though. Talk about people in a hurry! I can't rip on Illinois too much as I was born there and most of my extended family lives there.

I can say that the Southwest is different than the Midwest. There's a ton more to do here, and you don't have to panic when the sun comes out. We joke about how summer is the best 5 days of the year in Wisconsin. It's always sunny here in Reno, which makes it a lot easier to plan and do things.

Now that we've settled in a bit, I'm hoping to start a tabletop group here. I'm probably going to need Malcadon's help though in finding the rocks in which all the gamers in Reno are hiding under. I'm hoping that I might be able to interest him in a S&S game that I'm working on, that's based on the FUDGE mechanics. :)
