fleet allocation points - is this correct part 2

assume im playing a 1 point war level game. if i just spent that point on say british fairey fulmar fighters am i correct in saying that i would have 18 counters of fighters?

they are patrol so that means they are 4 levels lower than war.
this gets me 6 squadrons. each squadron is 3 flights.

sorry if this is a dumb question but i just want to understand this for sure.

just in case anyone is interested...

4 levels lower buys 6 ships or wings. I point War = 6 picks at Patrol. If it's 3 per flight you get 18 flights.
