Codify all the martial arts you see, have a little passage on each of the major settlements encountered (Cassandra, Southern Cross, etc), have some kinda combat heavy system ala Street fighter or Mutant Chronicles and you'll be rich!
The license is undergoing a revival at the moment as well, two new series another couple of films, an OAV, online MMORPG, toys etc.

Everyone likes Post Apocalyptic RPG, and everyone likes kung fu!
Plus you wouldn't actually need to hire any artisists, just get pages from the manga, or stills from some of the movies.
Also has the added advantage of not having been produced by someone else :D

I think an across the board martial arts system would rock. Street fighter RPG, awesome!
 
Yeah, its Japan only right now though, but Im considering getting an account any way, I could be the mysterious wandering Gaijin, unable to complete any quests because I dont know what they are :D

You know I actually rank the StreetFighter RPG as one of the bet things white wolf ever put out, who cares if you spent more times choosing your moves then coming up with a concept lol.

You could always learn Japanese

Unfortunately learning Japanese doesn't help alot when trying to read Japanese, you need to have thousands of Chinese characters memorized as well, and I don't quite have the knack for them :(
