Fighting Madness for everyone

Some time ago I pointed out that in REH's crusader stories (among others) not only characters from barbarian lands, but every savage character sees the red mist before his eyes.

Rereading Beyond the Black River, I found a passage where even in Hyboria the civilised Taurans experience the red mist: delrey edition p.88.

Maybe in a future edition Fighting Madness could be expanded to every race (as we already houserule for some time).

Take a couple levels of barbarian, and the red mist can be given to any race

I think the feat is mainly there to accentuate the fact that those races demonstrate it on a regular basis, while others may have it only once in a while.
