Ive hear from various sources that fighters can now stack on ship bases to attack them in Armageddon but as of yet I can't find the actual rule in said book, can anyone point me to it please?
You won't find it any book - it came up in a thread discussing the Into the Fire II tourney (1st official one run using Armageddon ruleset) -
A comment/question was made about how are fighters supposed to break Stealth within 1" if the radius of the base is greater than 1"?
Matt Sprange replied that fighters could stack on bases (although not on each other) so base size was not an issue. He also pointed out that fighters can already stack on bases when they escort ships so this should be no different.

Hash is right, the thread stated that Bases can have fighters on them, however you cannot stack fighters with each other, so in essence, bygettign in close, you may be reducing the number of fighters you can use.
I thought you could escort auxiliary craft, such as Sky Snakes escorting Sky Serpents. When you do this, you can stack one fighter on another, right? Yesnomaybe?
