Thanks for getting that out, Matt. Had a quick look, not many "frequently" asked questions there, what gives :? I guess I shouldn't complain too much because I have not "frequently" asked any questions
Any other issues - put them in here and I will amend the FaQ where necessary. Will look at this thread again at the end of the week to see what else is needed to clarify.

1) What exactly are the rules for launching Observation aircraft?
2) If an attack is declared, and the weapon in question is one shot/slow
loading, but when measurement is made the target is found to be out of
range, is the weapon considered to have been fired (similar to failed
Stealth roll in ACTA)
what happens when a IJN ship launces a long lance attack against a ship that is 19 inches away on turn 1 but on turn 2 the ships have moved further apart and they are now say 24 inches apart? does the attack still happen or does it miss?
smoke...
rule as written states lay the template down and then move the ship. this creates a big open space between the template and the ship after movement is done. is that what was intended?

The way I read it; you lay smoke and keep the template with the ship while it moves around for as long as you make smoke. the tail should disapate anyway That gives you a nice movable blind spot.
He's right though Mongoose guys. How is it used really?
