iv got to say i really like the fa scale olympus iv never been too happy with the size of the mongoose one

remember that mongoose inherited the mini from AOG. apparently the policy was to have ships from similar size classes in scale to one another, so while the Olympus is huge compared to the Hyperion, it's apparently in scale with the Artemis and tethys.

I've heard this argument (well not argument, explanation) before, but look at the dainty Sharlin compared to a Bin Tak, or ther drakh mothership, not really in the correct scale to each other, the Sharlin is far to small, or maybe the bintak is just to big, and the drakh mothership... well.....

Overall, while not ideal, I suppose it's down to the designers and casters, however the new armageddon ships. . . . far to big.

I use the Mongoose (B5Wars) minis for most things but I must admit that I tend to use FA ships for the smaller EA ships such as Tethys and Olympus (though I dont use the Olympus much anymore due to the fact that I basically play crusade era and cant take the Olympus anymore

(Which is sad tbh as the EA dont really HAVE a good replacement at patrol and skirmish for the above two ships...)
