Exosuits - My first SST figs

So with the LGS clearing out their SST stock, I picked up 2 boxes of Grizzlies, The Grizzly Officer and the Cougar Officer. They were out of Cougars.

For now I will be using the figs to represent my newest Gang of Mega-City One, The ArmourDillos.

But from the looks of it it's the start of a decent SST army. it's 660 points alone for the 6 Grizzlies. My question is if the force would be feasable with that many exosuits running around.

I haven't picked up the current rules, and I'm a painter so I will be using the metal figs if SST Evolution has any success locally.

Sounds good, hope you got a decnt deal on them. I am looking for a Cougar Officer to finnish off my force (for the moment).

All the SST stuff at my LGS is currently 40% off, so I got a pretty good deal. It's also why I'm thinking on building up a cheap army or two in anticipation of SST:E

You won't need more than 9 Grizzlys and 2 Cougar Officers for a 2000p Exo Army.
The rest will be filled with traits and things like Drop Capsules and Flamberge Firestorm Bombs which are absolutely necessary for an Exo Army.

While it is possible to run a pure-exo force personally I'd advice getting some LAMIs as a second platon. They complement w/exos very well as a filling - exos give heavy firepower, LAMIs take care of enemy numbers.

My idea for an Exo suit force is to make a small elite army. Able to do what it needs itself, the only things I would sonsider adding in (apart from maybe a pee wee which they don't get in evo yet *GRRR*) would be a chas or 2 and a TAC UAV.

I was looking through the forums and current rules, and I'm likiing the look of the Pathfinders. They'd end up also being the Juves in my Gang for GoMC1

The CHAS looks like a likely buy, though I'll definately have to spend some time on the workbench converting the pose.

I've got the suits mostly assembled with some minor conversions.

I'll be curious to see what the difference in points the Officer in Cougar suit will cost.

So I picked up a box of Pathfinders and a box of Pathfinder K9's.

Now I just need to figure out how well they'll fit with my Exos, and how a Platoon is set up.
