Can Pacts in Elric 2 still be increased through sentient sacrifice, successful summoning and skill training(for Lawful Pacts)?

Is the impale CM a misprint for the Jharkorian Round Shield?

Are there no individual cult write ups for the Sword Rulers in this edition?

Yes.

Is the impale CM a misprint for the Jharkorian Round Shield?

Yes (!) Although you can rule that the central boss of the shield can be sharpened and used as an impaling weapon.

Are there no individual cult write ups for the Sword Rulers in this edition?

Yes, they're in the main rules, but I've treated all three as a single cult.

I noticed that the Sword Rulers Cult was in the main rulebook and I suppose it's fair enough that you decided not to split them for purposes of gifts and compulsions. It does take away quite a few of the Gift options though....

If you have the earlier version there's nothing stop you using it. The cults work almost exactly in the same way.

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether the change had been intentional or not? As I stated in another post, I hope to submit a few extended plot seeds for alternative adventures in Raschil and Ryfel when(if) S&P reappears. I want everything to be 'Kosher'. Merchant Princes and Sword cultists will feature heavily.

Nah, I'm in a huff with Ultor. My suggestion came highest in his poll and he chose something else, the dirty dog. :lol:
Actually Damonjynx, that's a great idea. Been very busy lately with my kids and forgot that the fanzine was in the pipeline.
@ Ultor, any word on when 'Impale' :roll: will be accepting submissions?
