Very impressed, I really want to go! 
Not sure how many players we have on the east coast of the US but... Given the documentation to support it I'd gladly run this event at our store. We have plenty of space to pull it off and more than enough tables to support it. We could pull together as many as 10 tables, meaning 20 players and two grand admirals if I read it right.
Matthew, would it be possible to get the documentation necessary to drive this event? It would, of course, be kept very close hold. Not sure if we'd get the 22 required to max out our space but we're developing a nice following here already and folks would travel for this event. If you think that this is viable feel free to post a reply, send an email or, even better, both. Also, ACTA players close to coastal NC are welcome to email me or call the store if you have any questions or would be interested in travelling out here for this event.

I'm another one of those pesky noob swansea players that keeps appearing
We're thinking of signing up for the campaign... but I need a couple of clarifications regarding the League races.
Firstly, are combined/vanilla league fleets allowed ? I'm guessing yes, but some confirmation would be real good before I start painting/buying 5pts of battle
So if vanilla league isn't allowed.... what about the wacky races ? I am allowed to play a full Hurr or more importantly a full Ipsha fleet ?
How about adding some of those ships to a racial fleet ?

Looking through the games pack again, there's a few questions I can see being raised if they're not addressed before the weekend.
First of all, I'm guessing that some of those scenarios will be modified from the ones in the book. One example is the Planetary Assault scenario, which normally grants the attacker 7 FAPs to play with, whilst the campaign itself limits us to only 5 FAPs.
Secondly, do you really get repairs and refits after each scenario played in, or should that be after each campaign round? The difference being that with the reinforcements rules, your fleet can play in two scenarios per campaign round, and with the former, your ships would be arriving to back up your friends fully repaired and with a new refit.

Right, I think there a couple of us midlanders wanting to go to this, but it mentions listing a couple of fleets in case your first choice is taken up.
So heres my question, centauri is my first choice but lets say I can't join as centauri, and I have to use my Crusade EA. My fleet is painted in the style of the Kreigsmarine, i.e laquered black, with the German Flag. I know GW would not let me use this on its premises if it were BFG, so would Mongoose let me use this fleet or not?
Might sound like a daft question, but I wouldn't want to come down to swindon and find can't use either of my fleets, although I do have ISA but I don't fancy playing as the instellar police force.

I was planning on coming to this but considering for a weekend long event accomodation would be needed not to mention food etc, £20 just to ENTER strikes me as a bit steep probably wont be going as a result

Remember this is not on Mongoose premises, and it costs us to hire a place out. Also, we are looking at making arrangements with a local hotel to provide cheaper accomodation.
