What is easier for novice Drakh or Narn fleet to play?

Drakh has more special rules to get to grips with, such as Huge Hangars, so I would say Narn.

What is easier for novice Drakh or Narn fleet to play?

Hi There. As a player of both races, i can certainly say the Narn are "easier" to play in terms of rules, and tougness. The Drakh however are great fun once you adapt to the style of play they need.
If you want to fly slowly into the middle of an enemy soaking up damage and be bristling with guns, play Narn, if you like flashy manuvres, beams, and don't mind being a bit flimsy, then play Drakh!
