In a word: No.
In several: they just sort of crumble away as observed on the show (though I do recall some vorlons exploding at times though that could be due to the sheer power of the ancients weaponry that was shooting at them
). Basically as soon as an Vorlon or shadow ship reaches or exceeds its dmg score its simply removed from play.
