It wasn't a rude posting, but it leaned a little (just a little!) too far to the sarcasm side - if anyone spends anytime on our forums, they will know we have no problem with criticism. Indeed, we listen to our customers intently and fix problems as quickly as we can. In this example, the master document has already been changed.
However, pointed questions or comments aimed at our staff are no-nos. These guys (and girls) work extremely hard to bring you gaming goodness, and they feel bad enough when a problem arises without having their noses rubbed in it.
In answer to the question in your first post as to whether we use proofreaders, yes, we do. We have a three tier proofreading process in place. The trouble is that all tiers use humans and even with multiple sets of eyes running over a document, things can get through sometimes. The benefit we have, with our printing facility, is that any typoes can be fixed almost immediatly when discovered.
