Ok, I've got a $50 limit at Amazon and of course what I want is way over that. After I throw out the Mystic Vistas books (which I really want eventually) and narrowing it down to just Conan I'm still over. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the following books' usefulness.?

Shem (I always liked Shem)
The Conan Compendium
Secrets of Skelos
Tito's Trading Post
Argos and Zingara (One of my players is an exiled Zingaran noble and intends to return.)

Unfortunately they never made it to Nordheim, I would have loved a Nordheim book.

I can comment on the following:
1) Secrets of Skelos - 9 (if you want to expand the game with more sorcery. Though it's stat-heavy, you can use it also for other games just for inspiration.)
2) Tito - 2 (just a rehash of the item lists in the core book with some additions, plus TONS of wasted space on the stats of merchants.)
3) Compendium - 3 (some adventures, some rules additions. Lots of wasted space on stats of what are essentially "minions", in particular in the God in the Bowl scenario.)

I am not into setting sourcebooks since I like to expand on the Howardian canon by myself, but if you like fleshed out settings they might be for you.

Secrets is the big one, after that I would just buy the one you are most interested in. As I would rate all of them fairly close. I found all of them useful to a point.
